1. About These Terms

These Terms, Membership, Billing & Refunds terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sixteen64 Sports website, newsletters, research briefs, paid memberships and related services (together, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by:

In these Terms, “Sixteen64”, “Sixteen64 Sports”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sam Clarkson trading as Sixteen64 / Sixteen64 Sports. “You” and “your” mean the person using the Services or purchasing a membership.

By accessing, subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or purchase a membership.

Our Privacy & Cookies Notice explains how we collect and use personal information. Our Research Disclosure & Responsible Use page explains the nature and limits of our sports research.

2. Eligibility

Sixteen64 Sports is intended for people aged 18 or over.

By using the Services or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your country, state or territory.

We may suspend or cancel access where we reasonably believe this requirement has not been met.

3. What Sixteen64 Sports Provides

Sixteen64 Sports is an independent sports research publication.

Our current live product is the MLB Research Brief. Content may include:

• Full-slate research boards
• Matchup and game-context analysis
• Model views and probability estimates
• Market and price context
• Research Signals
• Published model records
• Commentary, newsletters, archives and member content

We may add, change, pause or remove sports desks, features, content formats and membership benefits over time.

A membership gives you access to the plan and content described at checkout. It does not guarantee:

• A particular number of Research Signals
• A particular number of emails or reports
• Coverage of every game, league or sport
• Publication at a particular time
• That future sports or products will launch
• Any sporting, financial or betting outcome

Some days may contain several Research Signals. Some may contain none.

4. Independent Research Only

Sixteen64 Sports publishes independent research, analysis and opinion.

The Services are not:

• A sportsbook, bookmaker, betting exchange or gambling operator
• Financial, investment, legal or tax advice
• Personalised advice tailored to your circumstances
• A guarantee, certainty or instruction to place a wager

We do not accept bets, place bets, hold stakes, manage betting accounts, manage customer funds, settle wagers or receive payment based on your betting activity or results.

Any decision you make after reading Sixteen64 Sports content is entirely your own. You are responsible for deciding whether any action is lawful, appropriate and affordable in your location and personal circumstances.

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Historical model records, prices, forecasts, statistics and research views do not predict future outcomes.

5. Free Subscribers and Marketing Emails

Joining a free Sixteen64 Sports email list does not create a paid membership and does not provide access to paid research content unless we expressly state otherwise.

Free subscribers receive marketing communications only where they have actively opted in. These may include:

• Sixteen64 Sports updates
• Membership invitations
• Welcome offers and discount codes
• New product launches
• Member offers
• Other Sixteen64 products
• Occasional sponsored content

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting ​privacy@sixteen64.com​.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel an active paid membership.

6. Paid Memberships

6.1 Membership access

Paid members receive the content and access described at checkout for their selected membership plan.

Paid membership communications may include:

• Paid research briefs
• Membership-delivery emails
• Billing and renewal notices
• Account and security messages
• Service updates
• Important changes to the Services or these Terms

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails while keeping an active paid membership.

You cannot opt out of essential membership-delivery, billing, security or service emails while keeping an active membership. You can cancel your membership before its next renewal date.

6.2 Standard membership price

The membership price, currency, billing frequency and any applicable taxes will be shown clearly at checkout before you purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid memberships are billed monthly in US dollars.

6.3 Welcome-email discount

Eligible customers who receive and redeem a valid Sixteen64 Sports welcome-email discount code may receive a recurring $20 USD discount from the standard monthly membership price.

Where a valid code is applied, the discounted price is:

The welcome-email discount:

• Applies only to the membership plan identified in the offer;
• Is personal to the original subscriber;
• Cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash;
• Applies to each monthly renewal while the qualifying membership remains continuously active;
• Cannot be combined with another discount unless we clearly state otherwise;
• Does not automatically apply to future products, sports desks, membership tiers or pricing plans.

The discount may no longer be available if you:

• Cancel your membership;
• Allow payment to fail and your membership ends;
• Reverse a valid payment;
• Breach these Terms; or
• Later rejoin after your membership has ended.

We may withdraw or change this offer for new customers at any time. This will not normally affect a customer who has already redeemed a valid code and keeps a qualifying membership continuously active, unless the code was applied in error, obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms.

7. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Paid memberships are recurring subscriptions.

When you purchase a membership, you authorise Stripe, Kit Commerce or another stated payment provider to charge your chosen payment method:

• On the date you subscribe; and
• Automatically on each monthly renewal date unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Your billing date will normally be the same calendar day each month as the day you joined. If a month does not contain that date, payment may be taken on the nearest available date.

Before payment, we will clearly show:

• The price you will pay;
• The currency;
• The billing frequency;
• Whether the membership renews automatically;
• Any valid discount applied;
• How to cancel; and
• Links to these Terms and the Privacy & Cookies Notice.

8. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, including through Kit Commerce where applicable.

We do not receive or store full payment-card details.

We receive limited information needed to manage your membership, including:

• Payment status;
• Transaction reference;
• Amount and currency;
• Renewal date;
• Subscription status; and
• Whether a payment was successful, failed, refunded or disputed.

You authorise the relevant payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring membership fees and applicable taxes.

Your bank, card provider or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges or other fees. These charges are outside our control.

9. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may:

• Retry the payment method;
• Ask you to update your payment details;
• Pause paid membership access; or
• Cancel the membership if payment remains unresolved.

We are not responsible for access interruptions caused by declined payments, expired cards, insufficient funds, bank restrictions or payment-provider issues.

If a failed payment ends your membership, the $20 welcome-email discount may not be available if you later rejoin.

10. How to Cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time.

The easiest way is through the subscription-management or billing link included in your membership or payment emails.

Please include the email address used for your membership.

We do not charge a cancellation fee.

To avoid the next renewal payment, cancel before your next billing date.

11. What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel:

• Your membership normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period;
• You continue to receive paid member content until that period ends;
• Your membership will not renew again after the cancellation takes effect;
• You may still receive essential account, billing or service messages where necessary;
• You may separately unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Cancelling a paid membership does not automatically unsubscribe you from marketing emails where you have separately opted in. You can unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email.

12. Refunds

12.1 Ordinary cancellation

Except where required by law, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after you cancel.

For example, if you cancel halfway through a monthly billing period, your membership remains active until the end of that period, but we do not normally refund the unused days.

Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. It does not normally refund a charge already made for the current paid period.

12.2 Incorrect or duplicate charges

Contact ​support@sixteen64.com​ if you believe you have been charged:

• More than once for the same membership period;
• After a confirmed cancellation;
• At the wrong price;
• Without authorisation; or
• Due to a technical error.

Where we confirm an incorrect charge was made, we will arrange an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

12.3 Service problems

If paid content is materially unavailable, not supplied as described or affected by a significant fault caused by us, contact ​support@sixteen64.com​.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may offer:

• Restored access;
• A replacement or delayed service;
• An account credit;
• A partial refund; or
• A full refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that apply to you by law.

12.4 Immediate access to digital content

Paid memberships may provide immediate access to digital content, including research briefs, member emails and archive materials.

Where required by law, we will ask you to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that receiving digital content immediately during an applicable cancellation period may affect your statutory cancellation rights.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12.5 Refund timing

Where a refund is approved, we will process it without undue delay to the original payment method.

The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on Stripe, your bank, card provider or payment method.

13. Price or Service Changes

We may change, improve, pause, withdraw or replace content, features, research desks, delivery methods or membership plans where reasonably necessary.

We may change standard membership prices in the future. If a price change affects an active member, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new price takes effect.

You may cancel your membership before a new price takes effect.

A valid $20 monthly welcome-email discount will continue to apply while your qualifying discounted membership remains continuously active, unless the discount was applied in error, obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms.

14. Member Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Share, forward, sell, publish, repost or distribute paid content outside your own personal use;
• Share paid emails, access links or member material with another person;
• Copy, scrape, harvest, reverse engineer or systematically extract content or data from the Services;
• Use automated tools to access the Services without our written permission;
• Remove copyright, branding, disclaimers or attribution;
• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive purposes;
• Misrepresent Sixteen64 Sports content as your own;
• Use Sixteen64 Sports content to operate or promote another paid tips, betting, research or subscription service without our written permission;
• Interfere with the security, delivery or operation of our website, emails or systems.

You are responsible for keeping your account access, membership links and email account secure.

15. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in the Services and their content, including research briefs, wording, graphics, databases, models, layouts, branding, newsletters, logos and original analysis, belong to Sixteen64 or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms and an active membership, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use paid content for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You must not use Sixteen64 Sports branding, logos, content or materials without our written permission.

References to sports leagues, teams, athletes, sportsbooks and third-party brands are for identification and commentary only. Sixteen64 Sports is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those third parties unless we expressly state otherwise.

16. Sponsors, Affiliate Links and Third Parties

Our newsletters, website or other content may contain:

• Sponsored placements;
• Advertising;
• Affiliate links;
• Referral links; or
• Links to third-party websites, platforms or services.

Sponsored and affiliate content may generate revenue for Sixteen64.

We do not sell subscriber lists or provide subscriber names, email addresses or direct personal information to advertisers.

Third-party links are provided for convenience or information only. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, products or actions.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

17. Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to provide reliable access to the Services, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure or delivered at a particular time.

Disruption may occur because of:

• Email-delivery issues;
• Internet, hosting or infrastructure failures;
• Data-provider outages;
• Errors in third-party systems;
• Security incidents;
• Changes to sports data, markets or schedules;
• Maintenance or upgrades; or
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

We may delay, pause or withhold a research brief where we reasonably believe data is incomplete, unreliable, stale, technically unavailable or unsuitable for publication.

We are not responsible for changes to prices, odds, line-ups, injuries, starting players, game schedules, weather, sporting events or third-party data after publication.

18. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that you:

• Breach these Terms;
• Use the Services fraudulently or unlawfully;
• Share paid content without permission;
• Abuse, threaten or harass us or others;
• Create security, legal, reputational or operational risk;
• Have an unresolved payment failure;
• Are under 18; or
• Raise a dishonest chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve a genuine issue with us.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason for suspension or termination.

Termination does not affect rights, obligations or amounts properly due before termination.

19. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We work to make our research accurate, thoughtful and useful. However, sports research involves uncertainty, changing information and judgement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Services are provided on an “as available” basis;
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of any research, model view, price, statistic, forecast, newsletter or third-party information;
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on the Services;
• We are not liable for betting losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational loss or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services; and
• Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid membership will not exceed the membership fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, technology, pricing, operations or business practices.

For material changes affecting active paid members, we will provide reasonable notice by email or through the Services before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel your membership before it takes effect.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident outside England and Wales, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the laws of your country, state or territory of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

23. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your membership or rights under these Terms without our written permission.

We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a genuine business sale, restructuring, merger or transfer of assets, provided this does not materially reduce your consumer rights.

These Terms, the Privacy & Cookies Notice, the Research Disclosure & Responsible Use page, applicable checkout terms and any plan-specific information shown at checkout form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
